LeiHall Farm Cooking Class Information
Chef: Rhonda Shannon

Rhonda Shannon, Owner and Operator of LeiHall Farm, is an experienced Chef and Natural Cooking Expert. She is a retired business professional from the metro Atlanta area. Her residency in Europe for 15 years included personal dining experiences in European Culinary Spas in Lugano, Switzerland, France, Germany and Bermuda and aboard 2 luxury cruise liners. Today, her continuing education is focused on nutrition and healthy alternative foods .All this experience combined with her organic farming experience have allowed Rhonda to incorporate a variety of healthy cooking styles into basic cooking as well as gourmet preparation. All dishes Rhonda will prepare are made simply and can be assembled in 30 minutes or less.

Rhonda has taught private cooking classes to churches, women’s organizations, private gatherings, men’s clubs and Health Food Stores.

If you are interested in booking a Healthy Cooking Class for your group, you may choose only one of the classes offered OR a series of classes. Rhonda will drive to your location within a 40 miles radius of our farm. A kitchen, a large cutting board, cooking utensils, plates and plasticware must be provided with enough room in the kitchen for participants to observe the cooking process. LeiHall Farm will provide all produce, basic food ingredients and herbs. Participants will taste the final recipe at the end of each class. Class time is approximately 1 to 1 .5 hours including a brief instructional lesson before the class begins and a question and answer session following each class.

Watch Rhonda create main dish pasta in one pot that is both delicious and healthy! You choose the variety of vegetables you want to go into the pasta depending on the season!
